Eligibility Criteria

Thank you for coming forward to donate your baby's cord blood. Your donation can save lives and give hope to patients with blood cancers and disorders.

SCBB collects cord blood in accordance with international standards, ensuring that collected cord blood is of the highest quality. By answering the following questions, you will provide relevant medical information about your health, your baby’s health and the health of other family members. This will help determine if the basic requirement for cord blood donation is met.

When you meet our Donor Coordinators, you will be required to sign an Informed Consent Form. Thereafter, the completion of a detailed medical questionnaire would be required. These questions include lifestyle, sexual habits, medical history of your family and your spouse’s family.
