1) Administrative Executive

You will support the Admin Manager to manage the daily ongoing finance and administrative related activities, and provide support to the Office to ensure an efficient and effective operation. You will be responsible for processing invoices in the Accounts Payable Invoice Management System (APIMS). You will prepare invoice request form or credit note request form, and work with Finance Operations and clients on payment status, and resolve queries regarding billing details. You will be required to maintain the Fixed Assets Register. You will assist with month/year-end closing and annual budget. You will also provide administrative support such as data entry, facility management and performing purchase orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline or equivalent
  • Minimumof 2 years of experience
  • Highly detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel Excel (Pivot Table/V-Look-up/Graph) and PowerPoint (Chart)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Have a positive attitude

2) Executive (Quality Assurance and Information Systems)

You will assist the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. You will design and generate labels, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual QA reports on quality issues, trends, findings, corrective and preventive actions. You will manage the information system by liaising with IT and internal/external service providers, and assist the QA manager to perform document control and management for standard operating procedures, policies and procedures. You will be involved in the development, implementation, controls and validation of the Computerised Information System and manage its related documentation. You will also assist in the development and delivery of the Quality and Computerised Information System, as well as user training and guidance to staff. You will also manage the users and security settings of the information system, and design and validate reports to extract data from it.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology

  •  At least 2 years of relevant experience

  •  Meticulous

  •  Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines

  •  Team player with a positive work attitude
